Course description What you’ll study The programme is structured around four core areas: Individual Employment Relations : Explore employment contracts, wages, working time, and access to employment rights. 2:1 degree or equivalent professional qualifications (CIPD Foundation Certificate (Level 3), Associate Diploma (Level 5) or Advanced Diploma (Level 7) combined with appropriate practical experience.
